It has been a pleasure working with you and your team.  We love our kitchen and want you to know that we appreciated your help from beginning to end.  You were always just an e-mail or phone call away and your response to our needs was impressive.  Your help in the planning phase was invaluable in making the myriad of decisions that can boggle the mind.  Finding the leaded glass for the accent doors was great and they add that special unique touch.  Plus your flawless measurements enabled our awesome pantry to fit perfectly in its limited space.  The quality and craftsmanship of the cabinets is beautiful and the granite and tile backsplash all work together to give us our desired look.

Even the unexpected problems with hidden in-wall water/drain pipes from the second floor and the lack of flooring under the old peninsula cabinets, were handled with care, diligently modified, and we observed a genuine desire to always "make it right."  We were very impressed by your attention to the details and we truly enjoyed all of the folks who worked on our project.  They were all professional and skilled in their area of expertise.

Even though the project did take slightly longer than we had originally planned, due to the unexpected issues that cropped up, it was still done within 20 days which for a full kitchen make-over is still great timing.
